Wheatleaz was a name applied to a house and tenement and four plots of arable land, in total about fourteen and a half acres, situated on the north side of Miles Green adjacent to Miles Grove. In the Tithe Award the four plots were measured as 4 Acres and 19 perches, 3 acres 3 roods and 39 perches, 3 acres 2 roods and 36 perches and 2 acres three roods and 3 perches respectively.
