The Five Acres was a field of pasture of about 6 acres, situated on the south side of the parish near to Stafford Lake. In the Tithe Award it was measured at 5 acres 3 roods and 26 perches; described on the OS map as 6.122 acres. Together with The Six Acres. it made up Newlands Burchett.
