Radsells Grove was an area of land situated between Old Lane and Riding Hill. On the Tithe Map, it comprised 6 plots of land: The 'house and garden' was measured at 1 rood and 24 perches; 'The Hoppitt', an arable field (3 roods and 22 perches); 'The Two Acres' another arable field (1 acre 3 roods and 9 perches); an arable field fronting Old Lane (1 acre and 20 perches); a field, barn and yard (2 roods and 31 perches); and a further arable field (3 roods and 18 perches).

In the early 18th century, Radsells Grove was owned (copyhold) by John Marter of Pirbright. In 1739 he sold it to his son, James, for £100. In 1754, James (described as 'farmer of Woking') passed the property on to John Hill 'of Pirbright, husbandman'. The Hill family would be in possession of Radsells Grove for the next 200 years.

In 1806, John Hill died; in his will he left Radsells Grove to his two sons, George and Henry, but not as joint tenants nor as tenants in common - he divided the property up between them (including the house, into two halves!). One of the sons named his half 'Raspberry Grove'.

George Hill died in 1823 and his half of the property passed to his son, George. Henry Hill died in 1833 and his half of the property passed to his wife, Mary.

In 1846, George Hill sold his half of the property to James Bedford a grocer of Knaphill for £220. In 1866, James Bedford sold it to James Hill (son of Henry and Mary) for £175.

In 1871 Mary Hill died and her half of the property came to her son, James, and so after 65 years the property was reunited.

James died in 1899 and Radsells Grove passed to his son, James (although James jnr was not formally admitted through the Manor Court until 1920).

In the 1901 census, the farm is known by the name of 'Strawberry Farm'. Strawberry farm was demolished in 2000.
