Hassell Hall was an area of arable land of nearly four acres, on which a house and tenement was erected, situated near the south-western corner of the parish near Shrubbs Coppice. In the Tithe Award it was measured at 3 acres 3 roods and 27 perches; on the OS map at 3.968 acres.
