Shrubbs Coppice was a plot of woodland of about two acres, situated in the south-west corner of the parish next to Wisdoms Farm. In the Tithe Award it was measured as 2 Acres 1 rood and 3 perches, on the OS Map as 2.165 acres.

Hawthorn Cottages and Ivy Cottage were subsequently built on Shrubbs Coppice.
