Cold Harbour was an arable field of about four and an half acres, situated at the western end of the parish where Bisley Green met Polled Oak Slade. In the Tithe Award it was measured at 4 acre 2 roods and 16 perches.

The name Coldharbour was also used (notably in the census returns) to refer to the area from Wisdom Corner to Sibthorpe Farm.
