Barn Mead is a field of meadow that straddles the boundary between Bisley and Chobham parishes, situated on the north side of the parish adjacent to Churchbourne Mead. In the Tithe Award, the Bisley portion was measured as 2 roods and 25 perches.

In 1852, James Rogers sold Barn Mead, along with a number of other plots of land, to Richard Collyer. Richard Collyer died in 1855 and in his will left his lands in trust for his son William James Collyer. The trustees were Thomas Blake La Coste and James Jerram; Thomas renounced and James was admitted tenant. James Jerram died in 1885 and willed the trust properties to Charles Carlos Clarke. In August 1894, the trust properties were enfranchised and since held freehold.
