The Poplars 1910
The
Poplars was previously known as 'Collyers' and 'Ford Farm'. In July 1881, it was bought by Louisa Amelia Wing, who changed the name to 'The Poplars'.
Louisa died in 1896 but her husband, Frederick, and children continued to live
there. It is probably Frederick driving the carriage, with two daughters Mary in
the carriage and Sophia side-saddle on the other horse.
