In the name of God Amen  the 25th Day of February in the year of our Lord one 
Thousand Seven hundred and Eight I William Theed of Woking in the County 
of Surrey Barber Chirurgeon being in Indiferent good health but of sound and 
perfect mind and memory blessed be god; butt calling to mind the mortallity of 
my body and the uncertainty of mans life  Doe make and ordaine this my last 
will & Testament in manner and form following (That is to say) first and 
principally I commend my soul into the hands of Allmighty god; through his son 
Jesus Christ my redeemer; And as for my body I commend to the Earth to be 
buried in Christian and Decent manner in the Church yard of Woking nothing 
doubting butt at the Generall resurrection I shall receive the same by mighty 
power of god: And as touching such temporal estate wherewith it hath pleased 
God to bless me in: I give and bequeath in manner and form following: First I 
give and bequeath unto my Loving Daughter Mary Flutter five pounds to buy 
her mourning and likewise I give my Daughter Mary Fluter and John Fluter her 
Husband Each of them a ring to the value of Ten shillings Each: Allsoe I give to 
my Grandson Richard Chittey when he shall attaine to the age of Twenty one 
years ten pounds to be paid by my Execut.rs here after named  And all the rest 
of my Goods & Chattells I give and bequeath unto my Loving son William 
Theed Whome I make sole Execut.r of this my last will and Testament and I doe 
hereby utterly disalow revoke and anull all former wills and Testaments before 
this time made; Ratifieing and Confirming this and none other to be my last 
Will & Testament   In Wittness whereof I the said Wm Theed have setting my 
hand and Seale the Day and Yearabove written.  Willm Theed
