In the Name of God Amen I John Leonard of Woking in the County of Surry being weak of Body but in perfect mind and memory thanks be to God for it Do make this my Last Will and Testament in manner & form following Item I give unto my Loveing wife Joane all that my Cottage or tenement being in Woking afforesaid with ye land and all other the appurtenances thereunto belonging Likewise all my Household Goods &c Dureing her natural Life and after her Decease I give and bequeath all that my House or Cottage with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging before mentioned unto my son Henry Leonard he paying unto my daughter Mary Leonard the sum of Ten pounds and my daughter Ann Leonard the sum of Five pounds when they atain to the years of one and Twenty years if they shall so Long Live and do acknowledge this to be my last will and Testament Dated the Tenth Day of September anno dom. 1713 The mark of John I Leonard Signed Sealed & Delivered in the presence of George Wastin The mark of Josure X O Hawney On the 26th day of June in the year of our Lord 1734 Admon with the Will annexed was granted to Henry Leonard the ???t and lawful son and surviving Residuary Legatee named in the last Will and Testament of John Leonard late of the Parish of Woking in the County of Surrey dece.d (Joan Leonard the relict and Universal Legatee during life dying in the life time of the Testator) To whom admon now committed being first duly sworn to administer.
