In the Name of God Amen I William Hill of Woking in the County of Surry Labourer being of sound Mind Memory & Understanding Do make this my Last Will and Testament as Follows that is to say after my just Debts and Funeral charges Duly paid and satisfied I give and bequeath unto my two sons by Law Rich.d Jackman Tho.s Elliot & Susannah Beauchamp a Naturall Daughter of my Daughter Ann Hill Deceased all my Goods Ready Mony Chattles of what kind soever or wheresoever the same may be Equally share & share alike to be Divided between Nevertheless my said Will is that if said Susannah Beauchamp shall depart this Life before she attains the age of Twenty one Years then her share or Part to be Equally Divided between my two sons by Law Rich.d Jackman Tho.s Elliot I do hereby Nominate & Appoint Mr Edmund Vincent of Woking in Surry Jn.o Hunt of the same place yeoman joint Executors In Trust to Place out at Interest the share or Third part belonging to the sd Susanah Beauchamp till she shall attain the age of Twenty one Years & if she want the Interest to buy her Cloathes it shall be paid to her as my above Executors shall think proper I hereby Revoke all former Wills by me heretofore made & declare this to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said William Hill have hereunto set my Hand & Seal this Thirty First day of March One Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy five.
