This is the Last Will and Testament of me Stephen Jones of Woking in the County of Surrey Victualler I Will and direct that all my just Debts Funeral and Testementary charges and Expenses be in the first place Fully paid and satisfied by my Executors hereinafter named and Appointed I give and devise unto my dear Wife Martha all and every my Household Goods and Furniture Chattels personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever which I may be possessed of Interested in or in any way entitled to at the time of my Decease To hold the same for carrying on the Business During the term of her Natural Life if she should so long remain my Widow And after the Decease of my Dear Wife Martha I will and direct my Executors to let and dispose of the aforesaid Buisiness on the best advantage they can or if either of my Children have a desire or wish to take the same for them to have the first Offer and take the same at a fair Valuation or if my dear Wife Martha should Marry again for my Executors to Dispose of my buisiness as aforesaid and the Money arising from the Valuation and letting of the said buisiness after deducting the Expenses Therefrom to be Equally divided amongst all my Children Share and Share alike if living if not living their Respective share to be divided amongst their Children Except my Daughter Grace who I wish and desire to be paid by my Executors Twenty pounds more than any of the rest of my Children And I do hereby make Constitute and appoint my son William Jones Victuall Bagshot and William Freeland Draper Woking Executors of this my last Will and Testament and do hereby revoke and make Void all all and every Will or Wills by me at any Time heretofore made and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this Sixth day of Decembr One Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirty Eight.
