In the Name of God Amen. I Frances Hart of Wokeing in the County of surrey Widow Do make my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say I Commend my Soul to God I commit my Body to the Earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executrix hereinafter named and I dispose of my worldly Estate as follows Viz.t I give and devise all and singular my Messuages or Tenements Farms Lands Hereditaments and Premises and all other my real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever situate standing lying or being with their and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances Unto my Daughter Sarah Hart and her Heirs To have and to hold unto my said Daughter Sarah Hart her Heirs and assigns forever Subject nevertheless and I hereby charge the same with the Payment of all my just Debts Also I give and bequeath unto my said Daughter Sarah Hart her Executors and administrators All and singular my personal Estate of what nature or Kind soever and wheresoever And my Will and Desire is that my said Daughter Sarah Hart shall immediately upon my Decease purchase and give to my Son James Hart and to my Daughter Elizabeth Howard and to each of them One Handsome Suit of Mourning And I Nominate Constitute and appoint my said Daughter Sarah Hart sole Executrix of this my Will and I do hereby revoke all former Wills by me at any Time heretofore made and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In Testimony whereof I the said Frances Hart have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this Eighteenth day of April One Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy Seven. Sibthorpe Charles Pembroke John Street This Will of Frances Hart late of the Parish of Wokeing in the County of Surry Widow deceased was proved on the 7th day of July 1779 before the Reverend Barnard Brewer Clerk a Surrogate by the Oath of Sarah Hart Spinster the Daughter of the said deceased and sole Executrix to whom Admon was granted she having been first sworn duly to administer.
