This is the last Will and Testament of me Sarah Kerslake of Upper Tooting in 
the parish of Streatham in the County of Surrey Widow  First I desire that all 
my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied and after 
payment & satisfaction thereof I give and bequeath unto my son Richard 
Kerslake the good will of my business together with stock and utensils in trade 
and all fixtures belonging to the same to and for his own use and benefit and 
has to my household furniture book debts and all other my Estate and Effects I 
give and bequeath my two children Ann King Single Woman and my son 
James King (my other children being provided for) to and for their sole use and 
benefit and I do hereby nominate and appoint Samuel Hudson of Church St in 
the parish of Mitcham in the County of Surry Engraver Executor of this my last 
will and Testament hereby revoking all former and other wills by me at any 
time heretofore made hereby declaring this only to be my last will & 
Testament In Witness whereof I the said Sarah Kerslake testatrix have 
hereunto set my hand and seal this 27 day of December in the year of our Lord 
one thousand eight hundred and thirty five

Proved at London 5th May 1845 before the Worshipful Frederic Thomas Pratt 
Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by the Oath of Samuel Hudson sole Executor to 
whom Admon was granted having been first sworn duly to administer.
