In the name of God amen I Richard King of Woking in County of Surrie Mercer being weake in body but in pfect sence and remembrance doe make this my last will and Testament in Manner and forme following, first I give and bequeath my soule into the hands of Allmighty God who is my maker and redeemer by whome alone I hope to have eternall salvacon only by the blood of Jesus Christ, next my body to be buried in the Church yard of Woking above named Ite I give and bequeath to my daughter Martha forty poundes of good and lawfull money of England to be payd unto her at the age of one and twenty yeares; Ite I give and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth forty poundes of good and lawfull money of England to be payd unto her at the age of one and twenty yeares and if it please god that either of them shall depart this life before the age of one and twenty yeares this portion of Fourtie pounds shall be payd to the longest liver or survivor of them, Ite I give and bequeath to my Mother in law Mary Hudson twenty poundes of good and lawfull money of England to be payd unto her wthin the space of three yeares next following after my decease Ite I make my beloved wife Martha sole and whole executrix of this my last will whome I give and bequeath all my goods and Chattells paying my debts and legacies and I intreat John Davey and George Dunston my goode friends to be overseers of this my last will whome I give twelve pence apeece in witnesse whereof I have hereunto sett my hand the seventh day of January Anno Domini 1636 Richard King In the presence of Joseph Harris John Lee his marke George Phillips his marke Probatum fuit ... quarto die February Anno dni Stilo Anglia 1636 ...
