I William Thetcher of Horsell in the Countie of Surrey yeoman beinge weake and some what sicke in bodie but sound and perfect in sense and memorie Doe Ordaine and make this my last will and Testament in manner and forme followinge First I commend and give my soule into the hands of Almightie God to be saved by the merritts of Jesus Christ my Redeemer and my body to the earth to be buried wth Christian and devout buriall at the discretion of my Executor herein named and appointed Item I give to the poore of Horsell Tenne shillings. Item I give to the poore of Bisley Tenne shillings. Item I give and bequeath unto Ann Thetcher my wife the summe of five shillings. Item I give and bequeath unto William Thetcher my Sonne and heire All my goods Chattalls Leases rents mortgages and money do whatsoever I have or ought to have in this kingdome of England or else where wch said Sonne I doe hereby constitut nominat and appointe to be the sole Executor of this my last will and Testament.
