The verball Will of Henrie Millest Late of Horsell in the Countie of Surrey yeoman being in perfect sense and memory as He willed and Expressed the same to us whose names are hereunder written. The twentieth day of December one thousand six hundred and Fiftie eight. First He gave and willed unto his Sonne John Millest the summe of Fiftie pounds to be paid unto the said John when he shall attaine to his age of one and twenty Yeres and come in his owne Pson to receive the same. Item He also willed and gave to his Sonne Richard Millest Fiftie pounds when the sd Richard shall accomplish his full age of one and twentie yeres with this provisoe That if either of his said two sonnes shall chance to die before ye Accomplishment of their severall and respective ages Then the surviving Sonne shall have the portion of his deceased brothers And if both of them dye before ye said Accomplishmentof their severall ages Then the porcions and Legacies of the said John and Richard to remayne and be to my Sonne Henry Millest whom I ordeyne and make my sole heire and sole Executor of this my last will and testam.t Willm Pigg Willm Sponge John Wye Elizabeth Millest.
