This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Hall of Chobham in the County of Surrey Spinster I nominate and appoint my sister Mary the wife of Alexander Cannans of Chobham aforesaid Laborer sole Executrix of this my will whom I direct to pay all my just debts funeral and Testamentary expences I give and bequeath to my brother Benjamin Hall journeyman Baker the sum of Twenty five pounds sterling money I give and bequeath to my sister Anna the wife of Robert Wallbuck now residing in America the sum of Twenty five pounds sterling money I give and bequeath to my cousin Esther the wife of Absolom Hampton of Horsell Laborer the sum of Twenty five pounds sterling money And all the Rest Residue and Remainder of my estate both real and personal and of what nature or kind soever I give devise and bequeath the same to my said sister Mary the wife of Alexander Cannans for her own absolute use and benefit and hereby revoking all former wills I declare this only to be my last Will In testimony whereof I have hereto subscribed my name this ninth day of February in the year one thousand eight hundred and fifty two Elizabeth Hall Signed by the said Elizabeth Hall the Testator and declared by her to be her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have set our hands as witnesses hereto Henry G Grazebrook of Chertsey Sol.r _ Joseph Bates.
