In the name of God Amen the ninetine day June: 1730: According to the Cumputtatyon of the Church of Ingland that Thomas Martin of the parish of Woking in the County of Surrey being in parfect memory and Remembarance and of good understanding praised be Allmighty god for it doe hereby macke and ordaine this my Last Will and testament in manner and forme folloing Viz First of all I bequeath my soule into the hands of almighty God my macker hoping to Receve through the merits death and passion of Jesus Christ my only saviour and Redeemer to Receve free pardon and forgiveness of sins by me Commited and as for my boddy to be buryed in true Christion buryall at the discretion of my trustes hereafter nominated and as for all such of this worlds goods as it heath plesed God to bless me with I give them as it doth plese me I give into the hands of Mr. John Vinsant and Mr. William Collyer of the Oakes both my Loveing frinds whome I Apyont to be trustees to this my Last Will all my stoke goods Chattell Reddy money on Condision that thay pay all my depts and finerall Charges and that thay prove my fathers will and truly pay all Lagases as there is giveen at the time Apynted as it doth describe and that my trutes above menshoned doe truly pay unto my now loveing wife Ann the sume of fifty pound within twellf month After my desese and that my loveing wife may have the bringing up of my dafter Ann untill shee shall be of the Age of one and twenty years with such Alowance as my trustees shall thinke proper I give all my Coppyhold If my dafter Ann shall depart this life before she shall be of the age of twenty one years unto all my loveing sisters as shall be then living and to my sisters Stivensson to Childeren equall searing Alicke that is my sisters shall have the same shere as both them to Chillderen shall have and if anny of my sisters shall depart this life I will that there Childeren shall be Insteed of there mother being first surrendered in to the hands of the Lord of this mannor to the use and uses of this my last Will In witnes hereof my trustes to be alowed such expences as they shall be at in manigeing of there trust as is proper. the marke of Thomas X Martin I doe set my hand and seal in the presents of us three whose hands are sett John Vincent William Head Thomas Hayward Probatum ec Vicesimo quinto die mensis septembris Anno Dni 1730 ...
