In the Name of God Amen The Twelfth Day of May in the Foure and Thirtyeth year of the raigne of our Soveraigne Lord Charles the second of England Scottland France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith &c And in the yeare of our Lord God 1682 I Mary Davey of Woking in The County of Surrey Widdow being sick and weake in Body but of sound and perfect mind and memory praysed be Allmighty God for the same Doe make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (That is to say) First and principally I Commend my Soule to God my Creator assuredly beleiveing that by the Meritts of our blessed Lord and saviour Jesus Christ I shall receive full pardon and free remission of my sinnes & be saved And I bequeath my Body I comitt to the Earth to be decent and Christianly buried according to the discresion of mine Executors hereafter named And as for such Temporall Estate as the Lord of his infinite goodnesse and mercy hath lent unto I give and bequeath the same as followeth, Imp.s I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Runseford Widdow the sume of Fifty pounds of lawfull money of England to be paid unto her within six months next after my decease Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth Cook the sume of Fifty pounds of lawfull money of England to be paid unto her within Twelve months next after my decease Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Martha Bowman the wife of John Bowman of browne Candover in the County of Southton the sume of Fifty pounds of lawfull money of England to be paid unto her within One yeare and six moneths next after my decease Item I give and bequeath unto my Grandchild Anne Bowman the daughter of the said John Bowman the sume of Five pounds of lawfull money of England to be paid unto her when she shall attaine & be of the age of One & twenty yeares Item I give and bequeath unto my two Grandchildren Mary Cook and Elizabeth Cooke to each of them the sume of Fifty shillinges of lawfull money of England to be paid unto them when & as they shall attaine & be of their sevrall ages of One & twenty yeares Item I give and bequeath unto my Sonne in law William Hayward of Woking in the County of Surrey Yeoman All that my Freehold Messuage or Tenement with the Barnes and all other Outhouses & Buildings And alsoe all the Meadow Arable and pasture Lands thereunto belonging conteyning in the whole by estymacon Nineteene Acres be the same more or less situate lying and being in the severall parishes of horsell and pirford in the said County of Surrey with all and every of th'appurtenances thereunto belonging or apptayning And to his heires for ever paying of the Legacyes before menconed given and bequeathed out of my said Messuage or Tenement and Lands before menconed with the appurtenances at and within such tymes as the same are limitted and declared to be paid in and by this my present last Will and Testament But it is my Will and meaning that if the said William Hayward or his heires shall neglect or refuse to pay the severall Legacies before mentioned given and bequeathed to the severall Legatees before named according to the true intent & meaning of this my said last Will & Testament at and within such tymes as by the same are before menconed & expressed That then the said Legatees or either of them being behind and unpaid in part or in all shall enter and distrayne for the same with all arrears untill the same & every part thereof be fully sattisfyed & payd & alsoe reasonable charges for distrayning Item all my Goods and Chattells whatsoever yett not given and bequeathed I give and bequeath the same unto my said Sonne in Law William Hayward whom I make and ordaine sole Executor of this present last Will & Testament in writeing conteyned in two sheets of paper fixed together he paying of my debts & Funerall charges and I frustrate & make void all Wills by me formerly made & done and declare this to be my last Will and Testament In wittnes whereof I have hereunto this my psent last Will and Testament conteyned in these two sheet of paper fixed together at the uper end thereof to each of the said sheets sett my hand and Seale the day and yeare first above written.
