This is the last Will & Testament of me William Griffin of Ripley in the parish of Send in the Co of Surrey Gent First I recommend my Soul to God & commit my body to the Earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Exors hereafter named & as to my Worldly affairs I dispose of them in form & manner following that is to say I give & bequeath to John Whitburn of Pyrford in the Co of Surry the sum of Twenty pounds Secondly I give & bequeath unto Sarah Peters Wife of William Peters of Ripley in the Co of Surry Glazier the Sum of ten pounds thirdly I give & bequeath unto Sarah Boxall of Ripley aforesaid W.o the Sum of Five Pounds & lastly I give & bequeath unto Francis Whitburn of Send in the Co of Surry Yeoman & Robert Whitburn of Ripley in the Co. aforesaid Brewer three hundred Pounds three p.r Cent Consolidated Bank Ann.s together with all & every my Goods Chattels monies credits & personal Estate whatsoever & wheresoever & of what nature or kind soever to be divided equally between them share & share alike for their use & their heirs for ever & I hereby make nominate constitute & appoint the aforesaid Francis Whitburn & Robert Whitburn my Exors of this my last Will & Testament & I do hereby revoke all former Wills by me made In Witness whereof I the said William Griffin have to this my last Will & Testament set my hand & seal this seventh day of April in the Year of our Lord 1810.
