Lord Charles the Second by the grace of God of England 
Scotland France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith &t,  
Anno Domi 1680 I Richard Millard of Woking in the County 
of Surrey yeoman, being sicke and weake in Body but of sound 
and pfect memory praysed be Allmighty God for the same, Doe 
make my last Will and Testament in manner and forme 
following (that is to say) First and principally I comend my 
Soule to Allmighty God my Creator hopeing that by the merritts 
death & passion of my Lord & Saviour Jesus Christ I shall 
receive full pdon and free remission of my sinnes and be saved  
And I bequeath my Body to the Earth to be buryed in decent and 
xpian manner according to the discrecon of my Executrix 
hereafter named  Item I give and bequeath unto Mary my Wife 
all my Goods and Chattells whatsoever whom I make constitute 
and ordaine sole Executrixe of this my last Will and Testament 
she paying of all my Debts and Funerall charges and I Frustrate 
and make void all former willes at any time by me made and 
done and declare this to be my last Will and Testament only  In 
witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & Seal the day and 
yeare first above written.
