This is the Last Will and testament of me Benjamin Lee of Knaphill in the parish of Woking in the County of Surrey Shopkeeper as follows (that is to say) In the first place I direct that all such Debts as I shall justly owe at the time of my decease together with my funeral and testamentary expences be fully paid and satisfied by my Executrix hereinafter named and subject thereto I give and bequeath all and singular my personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever unto my wife Ann Lee her Executors administrators and assigns for her absolute use and benefit And I appoint my said wife Ann Lee sole Executrix of this my Will hereby revoking and making void all former and other Will and Wills by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the third day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty four.
