This is the Last Will and testament of me Charles Hart of the parish of Woking in the County of Surrey Butcher First I direct all my just debts and Funeral expences to be paid I give and bequeath unto my beloved Wife Sarah Hart all my household goods furniture Plate Linen and China and also my ready money that may be in the house at the time of my decease for her own sole use and benefit I also direct that my Executrix hereinafter named do as soon as conveniently may be sell either by public or private sale all my live and dead stock and collect in the several debts that may be then owing to me and invest the amount in Government or real security and I further direct that the interest arising therefrom as the same shall become due be paid to or received by my beloved Wife during her natural life and from and after her decease my Will is that the said principal sum so invested be equally divided between my two sons Charles Hart and Herbert Hart share and share alike or their heirs and assigns And whereas I am possessed of a dwelling house and premises where I now live and three Tenements adjoining thereto now in the occupation of William Freeland Robert Bonsey and James Hart All which said dwelling houses or Tenements with the appurtenances I give unto my son Charles Hart for his absolute use and benefit And that the rents and profits arising therefrom as the same shall become due and payable should be received by my beloved Wife Sarah Hart during her natural life and after her decease I give the same unto my said son Charles Hart for his absolute use and benefit I also give and bequeath unto my son Herbert Hart all that my Freehold Barn Stable and land called Priors Croft containing by estimation about three acres more or less situate in Shackleford in Wokeing aforesaid opposite the Crown and Anchor Public House Also I give and bequeath unto my said son Herbert Hart All that my Copyhold Meadow containing by estimation four acres more or less situate at the top of Mill Moor in the said parish of Wokeing for his sole absolute use and benefit but the rents and profits arising from the property above bequeathed to my said son Herbert Hart should be paid to and received by my said beloved Wife Sarah Hart during the term of her natural life And after her decease I give the same to my said son Herbert Hart for his absolute use and benefit And I hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said beloved Wife Sarah Hart sole Executrix of this my Will and hereby revoking all other wills by me at any time heretofore made I publish and declare this only to be my last will.
