In the Name of God Amen I Magdalen Feline of Ripley in the parish of Send in the County of Surry widow being in good Health of Body and of sound and disposing Mind and Memory (praised be God for the same) and being desirious to settle my Worldly Affairs whilst I have strength and capacity so to do Do make and Publish this my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former and other Will or Wills by me at any time heretofore made And first and Principally I commit my Soul into the hands of my Creator who gave it and my Body to the Earth to be decently interred at the Discretion of my Executors and Executrixes hereinafter named And as to such Worldly Estate wherewith it hath Pleased God to bless me I dispose of the same as follows (Viz.t) Imprimis I give to my Grand Daughter Ann Vincent the Daughter of my late Daughter Ann Vincent Deceased the Sum of ten pounds to buy her Mourning I also give to my Daughter Mary Draper Widow all that my Leasehold piece or parcel of Ground together with the Messuage or Tenement thereon erected and built with the Appurts to the same belonging situate standing and being in the Parish of Saint Dane on the North side of a certain Street called King Street Covent Garden now in the Occupation of Blocksham his undertenants or Assigns to hold to her my said Daughter Mary Draper or her Assigns from and immediately after my Decease for and during all the Rest Residue and Remainder of the term of Forty eight years which shall be then to come and unexpired in Case she my said Daughter Mary Draper shall so long live But in Case my said Daughter shall happen to die before the expiration of the said term in and by the said Indentures of Lease granted and Demised Then I Give and Bequeath the said Leasehold Messuage or Tenement with their Appurts unto my said Grand Daughter Ann Vincent her Executors Admors and Assigns for and during all the Rest Residue and Remainder of the term of Forty eight years which shall be then to come and unexpired together with the said Indentures of Lease granted to me as aforesaid I also Give to my said Daughter Mary Draper after Payment of all my Just Debts Funeral Expences and proving this my Will all the Rest and Residue of my personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever And I hereby make and nominate Constitute and appoint my Nephews Charles Waller Esquire Mr George Jordan Of Norton Falgaten London my Niece Ann Harbutt Spinster and my Daughter Mary Draper Executors and Executrixes of this my Will In witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and Seal this third day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty four Magdalen Feline Signed Sealed Published and Declared by the above named Magdalen Feline as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses in her presence and in the presence of each other Ja.s Francis Hy Chatfield This Will was proved at London the tenth day of June in the Year of our lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety six before the worshipful Samuel Pearce Parson Doctor of Laws Surrogate of the Right Honourable Sir William Wynne Knight also Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the Oath of Mary Draper Widow the Daughter of the Deceased and one of the Executors named in the said will to whom Administration of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said Deceased was granted having been first sworn duly to administer Power reserved of making the like Grant to Charles Waller Esquire George Jourdan (by mistake in the Widow [sic] called Jordan) the Nephews and Ann Harbutt Spinster the Niece of the Deceased and the other Executors named in the said Will when they or either of them shall apply for the same.
