In the name of God Amen The second day of September in the third year of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lady Anne by the Grace of God of England Scotland France and Ireland Queen defender of the faith &c and in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and four I Thomas Denyer of Woking in the County of Surrey Tanner being in good bodyly health and of good and perfect mind and remembrance Thanks be given unto god therefore Doe Constitute make ordaine and appoit this my Last Will and testament in manner and forme following First and beore all other things I give and recommend my Soule into the hands of Allmighty God that gave it Trusting by the meritts and death of Jesus Christ to have pardon and remission of all my sins And my body to the Earth to be decently buried According to the discretion of my Executer hereafter named: Now as concerning my temporal goods which God hath bestowed upon me I give and dispose of the same in manner and forme following: Item I give and bequeath unto Olive Denyer my well beloved wife the summ of twenty pounds a year of lawfull mony to be paid her quarterly that is to say five pounds every quarter dureing her natural life: Item I will and give unto my grandaughter Ollive Carter the summ of one hundred pounds when she shall attain the Age of one and twenty years: Item I will and give unto my grandson Henry Denyer the sum of one Twenty pounds to be paid unto him when he shall attain the age of one and twenty years: Item I will and give unto my grandaughter Olive Denyer Twenty pounds to be paid her when she shall attain the age of one and twenty years: Item I will and give unto the Widdow Stullvin the Widdow Wakford the Widdow Young and the widow Cobbett ye sum of Two Shillings and six pence a piece within a week after my decease: Item all the Rest of my Goods and Chatteles which are yet ungiven and bequeathed I will and give unto my loveing son Thomas Denyer the which I make and appoint my sole Executor of this my Last Will and testament: In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seale the day and year first above written his marke T Thomas Denyer Sealed sealed published and declared by the said Thomas Denyer as his last will and testament in the presents of us Richard Bedford William Richards + his mark Fran Ealls Probat decimo quarto Junii Anno Dni 1607 ...
