In the name of God Amen I Philadelphia Fielder of the parish of 
Send in the County of Surry Spinster being in good Health of Body 
and in sound and perfect Mind and Memory praised be God for the 
same and considering the brevity of Life and the uncertainty of the 
Hour of Death Do make and appoint  this my last Will and Testament 
in manner and form following  First and principally I commend my 
Soul into the Hands of Almighty God my Creator and also commit my 
Body to the Earth to be buried at the discretion of my Executrixes 
after named and as touching my Worldly Estate I give and bestow in 
manner and form following  First I give and bequeath to my Brother 
Thomas Fielder the Sum of Ten Pounds of lawful Money of Great 
Britain to be paid to him by my Executrixes after named at my 
decease  I give and bequeath to my Sister Patience the Wife of John 
Annelar the Sum of Fifty Pounds of lawful Money of Great Britain to 
be paid to her by my Executrixes after named at my decease  I give 
and bequeath to my Cousin Jane Devenport and to my Cousin 
Ellenor Field Ten Pounds apiece to each of them to be paid to them 
by my Executrixes after named at my decease  And I also give and 
bequeath to my said two Cousins Jane Devenport and Ellenor Field 
all my Wearing Apparel to be equally divided between them share 
and share alike at my decease  I also give in the case of my Cousin 
Ellenor Field my Gold Watch to keep him in her care until she is 
called upon for him by my Cousin Thomas Lloyd and at his 
demanding the said Gold Watch she is to deliver him directly  I give 
and bequeath to my Cousin Ellinor Field my Trinkets to her at my 
decease  I give and bequeath to my Cousin Thomas Lloyd the sum of 
Ten Pounds of lawful Money of Great Britain to be paid to him by my 
Executrixes after mentioned at my decease  Also all the Rest and 
Residue of my Goods Chattels Money and all other things of what 
kind and nature whatsoever not before given I give and bequeath 
unto my Sister Ruth Fielder and to Mrs Sarah Field to be equally 
divided between them share and share alike  And I do hereby 
nominate and appoint my said Sister Ruth Fielder and Mrs Sarah 
Field to be my sole Executrixes of this my last Will and Testament 
they paying all my just debts Legacies and Funeral Expences  In 
Witness hereof I do hereunto set my hand and seal this second day 
of November One Thousand seven hundred seventy and two 
revoking disannulling and making void all former Wills before by me 
made and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament

I Philadelphia Fielder do order and appoint that what shall be left 
after the decease of my two Executrixes decease shall be equally 
divided Jane Devenport Ellenor Field and Thomas Lloyd equal share 
and share alike.

This Will was proved at London the seventh day of April in the year 
of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and seventy three before 
the Worshipful William Macham Doctor of Laws and Surrogate of the 
Right Worshipful George Hay Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or 
Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully 
constituted by the Oaths of Ruth Fielder Spinster and Sarah Field 
Widow the Sisters of the deceased and Executrixes named in the said 
Will to whom Administration was granted of all and singular the 
Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased having been first 
sworn duly to administer.
