In the name of God Amen  The seveth day of December anno Domini  
one thousand seven hundred and Twenty seven and in the first year 
of the Raigne of our sovaraigne Lord King George the second  I 
Joseph Heade of Woking in the County of Surry Blockmaker being 
weak of Body but of good and perfect mind and memory prais be 
given to god Doe make ordain and declare this my last Will and 
Testament in manner & forme following Revoking and Annuling all 
formmer wills by me hearetofore made and this to be Teaken for my 
Last Will and Testament and no other that is to say  First and 
principally I comend and bequeath my sole into the Hands of  Allmity 
God my Creator and Redeemer hopeing that I shall receive free 
pardon and remission of all my sins for the precious Death and 
passions seake of my blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and my 
Body to the Earth to beuried [sic] in such decent manner as it shall 
pleas my Execrix hereafter named to appoint and as my worldly 
substance my will and meaning is the same shall be imployed and 
bestoed as heareafter by my this my will is expressed  Imprimus I 
give and bequeath unto honored Mother Sarah Heade Widd all my 
goods Chattles whatsoever I am pursest of for the Term of this 
naturall Life shee paying my Debts and feuneral Charges and after 
hur Death then to be equally devided between My Brothren and 
Sisters and I nominate and apoint and declare the said Sarah Heade 
my Honnered Mother Executrix of this my last Will and Testament 
shee paying doing and performing as before in this my last Will and 
Testament is mentioned contained and declared and according to 
the trew intent and meaning theareof    In Witness whareof I have 
heareunt this my present last Will and Testament set my hand and 
Seal the day and yeare in the first sheet first above written.
