In the name of God Amen The six and twentith day of February in the yeare of our Lord God one Thousand six hundred and nyneteene I John Lee of Mayford wthin the pish of Wokinge in the Countie of Surrey yom Sicke and weake of Bodie but of good and pfect memory (God be praysed) doe make and ordeyne this my last will and Testament in manner and forme followinge Revokinge herby all other former Willes and Testamentes whatsoever First I Comend my Soule into the hands Allmighty God my maker hopeing assuredly through the only merites of Jesus Christ my Saviour to be made ptaker of life everlastinge; And I Comend my Bodie to the Earth whereof yt is made, Item I give towards the repayringe of or pishe Churche of Wokinge Five shillinges Item I give unto the poore of or said pishe Fourteene shillings to be paid unto the Overseers of the poore for the tyme beinge wthin one quarter of a yeare next after my decease and to be by them distributed: Item I give and bequeathe unto my Sonne John Lee the some of Twentie poundes of lawfull monie of England to be paid unto my said Sonne by my Executrix hereafter named when he shall accomplishe and be of the full age of one and Twentie yeares Item I give and bequeathe unto my said Sonne the Bedstede and Bed wholie furnished as now it is, the Presse and Chest in the little Chamber wthin the Hawle wherin I lye, Item I give and bequeathe unto my daughter Ellen the some of Five poundes to be paid unto my said daughter by my said Executrix when shee shall accomplishe and be of the full age of Fifteene yeares, Item I give and bequeath unto my three Sisters to either of them three shillings and Fower pence a peece, Item I give and bequeath unto Rychard Edmundes the sone of Rychard Edmundes of Sunningehill Five shillings, Item I give and bequeath unto Joane Parris one Eawe sheepe of a yeare olde or thereabouts; Item I give and bequeath unto my Servant Willm Thitches one Eawe sheepe of a yeare olde or thereabouts, Item I give and bequeath unto my Servant Thomas Thetcher two busshells of Rye to be paid unto him at the Feast of Easter yearely every yeare for and duringe the Terme of Five yeares next after my decease Conteyninge in all Tenne bushels of good and holsome Corne; Item I give and bequeathe unto my Kinsman Robert Parris one Ewe sheepe of a yeare also or thereabouts, Item I give and bequeath unto Elizabeth Childe widdowe one Bushell of Rye, Item I give and bequeath unto Willm Thomas the Elder half a Bushell of Rye; Item I give and bequeath unto John Malthock half a Bushell of Rye; Item I give and bequeath unto Thomas Howard and Dorothey his Daughter the some of Twentie shillinges beinge one quarter of a yeares Rent wch shalbe due the next quarter day after my decease out of land for the Tenement wherein he now dwelleth called Mordes to be equally devided betwixt them: All the rest of my goodes and Chattells whatsoever moveable and unmoveable I give and bequeathe unto Dorothie my wife whome I make sole Executrix of this my last Will & Testament nothjinge doubtinge but that she will Carefully pforme the same In Witnesse whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and Seale the day and yeare first above written in the psence of those whose names are hereunder written.
