I, ALICE MARY FROST of 97A High Street Wimbledon in the County of 
Surrey Spinster declare this to be my last Will which I make this 
twenty second day of November One thousand nine hundred and 
forty five hereby revoking all other Wills and testamentary 
dispositions by me heretofore made
1.	I APPOINT my brother James Henry Frost and my nephew Eric 
Noyce Newham (hereinafter called "my Trustees") to be the 
Executors and Trustees of this my Will and I declare that the 
expression "my Trustees" shall include the said James Henry Frost 
and Eric Noyce Newham and the survivor of them or other the 
trustees or trustee for the time being of this my Will except where 
such construction is precluded by the context
2.	I DECLARE that all moneys at any time or times advanced or 
paid by me prior to the First day of January One thousand nine 
hundred and twenty nine to or on account of the said Eric Noyce 
Newham my nephew Cyril Charles Frost or my niece Kathleen Edith 
Bunting including loans made by me to assist them in the purchase 
of their respective houses were intended by me as gifts or have on or 
before the First day of January One thousand nine hundred and 
twenty nine been so treated or forgiven by me and that nothing is 
now due to me from the said Eric Noyce Cyril Charles Frost or 
Kathleen Edith Bunting in respect of such advances or payments and 
no claim shall or can be made against them or any of them or if any 
of them shall be dead against his or her estate as the case may be in 
respect thereof
3.	I RELEASE and forgive to any relative of mine or their respective 
representatives if any of them shall die in my lifetime all and every 
principal sums or sum and interest whatsoever which may be owing 
from them or any of them to me at my death in respect of loans 
made by me to them after the date of this my Will
4.	I GIVE the following legacies all free of duty namely :- 
(a)	To the said James Henry Frost the sum of One thousand pounds  
Provided always that if the said James Henry Frost shall die in my 
lifetime then such sum of One thousand pounds shall sink into and 
form part of my residuary estate 
(b)	To the said Cyril Charles Frost the sum of Five hundred pounds 
(c)	To Alice Frost the wife of the said James Henry Frost the sum of 
Five hundred pounds 
(d)	To Dorothy Newham the wife of the said Eric Noyce Newham 
the sum of Two hundred and fifty pounds 
(e)	To Doris Frost the wife of the said Cyril Charles Frost the sum of 
Two hundred and fifty pounds 
(f)	To my great niece Dinah Bunting the sum of Five hundred 
pounds 
(g)	To my cousin Laura Perkins the sum of One hundred pounds 
(h)	To my godchild Edna Norah Booth the sum of Twenty five 
pounds 
(i)	To my assistant Mildred Walden (whether in my service or not 
at my death) the sum of Five hundred pounds 
(j)	To my assistant Alfred Knight (whether in my service or not at 
my death) the sum of One hundred pounds 
(k)	To my assistant Lillie Tyler (whether in my service or not at my 
death) the sum of Fifty pounds 
(l)	To my assistant Dorothy Atkinson (whether in my service or 
not at my death) the sum of Fifty pounds 
(m)	To my assistant Minnie Bathurst (whether in my service or not 
at my death) the sum of Twenty five hundred pounds
5.	I GIVE to my Trustees the sum of Five hundred pounds free of 
duty Upon Trust to invest the same in their names in or upon any of 
the investments for the time being authorised by law for the 
investment of trust moneys with power to vary or transpose any 
such investments for or into others of a like nature  And I declare 
that my Trustees shall hold the said sum of Five hundred pounds and 
the investments and income thereof In trust for my great niece Mary 
Newham if and when she attains the age of twenty one years but if 
the said Mary Newham shall die under the age of twenty one years 
then I declare the said sum of Five hundred pounds and the 
investments and income thereof and all statutory accumulations of 
the income shall sink into and form part of my residuary estate
6.	I GIVE my Trustees the sum of Five hundred pounds free of 
duty Upon Trust to invest the same in their names in or upon any of 
the investments for the time being authorised by law for the 
investment of trust moneys with power to vary or transpose any 
such investments for or into others of a like nature  And I declare 
that my Trustees shall hold the said sum of Five hundred pounds and 
the investments and income thereof In trust for my great nephew 
James Patrick Martyn Frost if and when he attains the age of twenty 
one years but if the said James Patrick Martyn Frost shall die under 
the age of twenty one years then I declare the said sum of Five 
hundred pounds and the investments and income thereof and all 
statutory accumulations of the income shall sink into and form part 
of my residuary estate
7.	I GIVE to my Trustees the sum of Five hundred pounds free of 
duty Upon Trust to invest the same in their names in or upon any of 
the investments for the time being authorised by law for the 
investment of trust moneys with power to vary or transpose any 
such investments for or into others of a like nature  And I declare 
that my Trustees shall hold the said sum of Five hundred pounds and 
the investments and income thereof In trust for my great niece 
Shirley Noyce Newham if and when she attains the age of twenty 
one years but if the said Shirley Noyce Newham shall die under the 
age of twenty one years then I declare the said sum of Five hundred 
pounds and the investments and income thereof and all statutory 
accumulations of the income shall sink into and form part of my 
residuary estate
8.	I GIVE to my maid Daisy Skelton (whether in my service or not 
at my death) during her life an annuity of Twenty six pounds clear of 
all death duties to begin from my death and to be payable by equal 
weekly payments the first payment to be made at the expiration of 
one week from my death.  My Trustees may at any time or times if 
and when they shall consider it convenient for the administration 
winding up or distribution of my estate or for any other reason 
purchase an annuity in the name of the said Daisy Skelton or in the 
names of my Trustees from Government or any public company for 
the purpose of answering or satisfying the said annuity so given to 
the said Daisy Skelton as aforesaid  And any annuity so purchased in 
the names of my Trustees shall be paid or applied by them to the 
said Daisy Skelton for the purposes and in the manner to and for and 
in which the said annuity so given to the said Daisy Skelton as 
aforesaid is hereinbefore directed to be paid or applied
9.	I GIVE the residue of my property including property in which I 
have an entailed interest in possession to my Trustees  Upon trust to 
sell and call in the same with power to postpone such sale and calling 
in indefinitely without being responsible for loss
10.	MY Trustees shall out of the proceeds of such sale and calling in 
and out of my ready money pay my funeral and testamentary 
expenses and debts and the legacies given by this my Will or any 
codicil hereto and the duties on any legacies hereinbefore given free 
of duty and make provision for the payment of any annuities hereby 
or by any codicil hereto bequeathed by me and the duties on any 
annuities given free of duty
11.	My Trustees shall stand possessed of the residue of the said 
moneys Upon trust for such one of them my niece Kathleen Edith 
Bunting and my nephew the said Eric Noyce Newham as shall be 
living at my death and if both shall then be living then in equal shares
12.	I DECLARE that if the net residue of my estate remaining after 
payment of my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts 
(including therein all estate succession and legacy duties payable in 
respect of my estate or any part thereof) and legacies hereby given 
and the duties thereon and after making provision for the annuity 
hereby bequeathed and the duties thereon shall be less than Six 
thousand pounds the legacies and annuity hereby given and 
bequeathed by me shall abate proportionately so that the said net 
reside shall amount to the sum of Six thousand pounds at least
	IN WITNESS whereof I the said Alice Mary Frost have to this my 
Will contained in this and the two preceding sheets of paper set my 
hand the day and year first above written.
