This is the last Will and Testament of me Anne Frost of 62 High Street Wimbledon in the County of Surrey widow I hereby revoke all wills made by me at any time heretofore I appoint my second daughter Alice Mary Frost of 62 High Street Wimbledon Surrey to be my sole Executrix I give and bequeath unto my dear children James Henry Goodhind Frost Cecil Goddard Frost and Edith Annie Newham the sum of fifty pounds each to my second daughter Alice Mary my gold watch and chain and gold curb bangle and to my two daughters Edith Annie and Alice Mary all my other Jewellery and personal trinkets equally to be divided between them I give to my eldest grandson Howard Frank Newham one hundred pounds and the picture of the three Sailor Boys in the hope that he will always keep it I give to my other four grandchildren Kathleen Edith Newham Eric Noyce Newham Gordon James Frost and Leslie Stewart Frost twenty pounds each and to my niece Laura Perkins twenty pounds free of legacy duty and I authorize my executrix if she shall think fit so to do to pay the legacies given to my grandchildren and niece to them or apply the same for their benefit respectively notwithstanding minority I give and devise all the residue of my property of what nature or kind soever the same may be to my second daughter Alice Mary for her absolute use and benefit In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this sixteenth day of February one thousand nine hundred and one Anne Frost Signed by the said Anne Frost the testatrix as and for her last will in the presence of us present at the same time who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses DS Deas 99 Great Russell Street London Solr - John Stares Amoore 28 High Street Wimbledon Bookseller &c On the 5th day of November 1904 Probate of this will was granted to Alice Mary Frost the sole Executrix.
