In the Name of God Amen I John Buck of the 
Parish of Weybridge and County of Surry Coal 
Merchant being very sick and Weak in Body but of 
Perfect Mind and Memory Do make and Ordain this 
my last Will and Testament in manner and form 
following First I Give and bequeath to Ann Turner 
of the Parish of Weybridge aforesaid servant to 
Mr James Buck all the Money and Effects that may 
or shall remain in the Hands of my Brother Richard 
Buck or are in any other places deposited after my 
affairs are settled and all my Just Debts and funeral 
Expences paid I having already received three 
hundred and fifty pounds I say if anything remain 
which may in any wise appertain or belong to me my 
Will is that the said Ann Turner Should freely Possess 
and Enjoy the same as a Recompense for the Pains 
she took with me when sick I Also Give and 
bequeath to Thomas Killick of the Parish of 
Weybridge aforesaid Cordwainer the sum of five 
pounds of lawful money to buy himself a Suit of 
Mourning Whom I likewise Constitute & Ordain my 
Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament 
desiring him to see me buried in Decent Christian 
Burial And I do hereby utterly disallow all and every 
former Testament ratifying this and no other to be 
this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I 
have hereunto set my hand and Seal this twenty fifth 
Day of November in the Year of our Lord One 
thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty Six John Buck
