In the Name of God Amen I Mary Benham of 
Chertsey in the County of Surry Widow Do make 
this my last Will and Testament in manner following 
ffirst I give unto my Sister Susannah Wife of 
Robert Leach of Staines in the County of 
Middlesex Yeoman And Nieces Sarah and Mary 
Crane Daughters of my Brother John Crane All my 
Wearing Apparel of what sort and kind soever to be 
equally divided between them I also give unto my 
said Sister Susannah Leach my Tea Chest and Silver 
Spoon And all the Residue of my Estate and Effects I 
give unto my said Sister Susannah Leach and 
Nephew John Crane Son of my Brother John Crane 
to be equally divided between them share and share 
alike and I constitute and appoint the aforesaid 
Robert Leach and Nephew John Crane Executors of 
this my Will In Witness whereof I have hereunto set 
my hand and Seal this twenty ninth day of January 
one thousand seven hundred and seventy two
