The Last Will and Testament of me John Monger of Woking in the county of Surry Butcher and Victualler made this Fifth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand seven Hundred Sixty and Six In the First Place I order all my just debts to be paid and my Funeral Expences by my Executrix hereinafter mentioned, I Give devise and bequeath unto my Brother Thomas Monger and to my Sister Hanah the Wife of Mathew Slaughter and unto my Sister Mary the wife of John Marriner and unto my Sister Jane the wife of William Dawes and unto my Sister Sarah Monger one shilling a piece to each of them in one Month after my desease by my Executrix after mentioned, I Give devise and bequeath unto my Cousen Keley the Daughter of Benjamin and Catherine Reading of Woking in Surry the sum of Fifty Pounds to be paid to her when she is the age of Twenty four years by my Executris herein after Mentioned, I Give devise and bequeath unto my Dear and loving wife Mary Monger all my Goods Chattles Money Bonds Book Debts and all things Belonging to me of What kind or nature whatsoever after my decease to her and her heirs for ever she paying the Legasey above Mentioned at the time appointed And I do Nominate and Appoint my dear and loving Wife Mary Monger Whole and Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament Hereby revoking all Former wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said John Monger the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament sett my hand and Seale the Day and Year above written. John Monger Signed Sealed Published and Declared by John Monger as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have subscribed our Names as Witnesses at his request and in his presence Jn.o Cosier Jn.o Easted Wm Yalden This Will was proved on the nineteenth day of May in the year of our Lord 1766 before the Worshipful George Harris Doctor of Laws our Commissary lawfully appointed (pending the annual visitation) by the Oath of Mary Monger Widow the Relict and sole Executrix to whom Administration was granted being first sworn duly to Administer.
