Surrey yeoman although sick in bodye yet in good and perfect 
memory thankes be given unto Almighty god Do make this my last 
will and Testament in manner and forme followinge  Imprimis I 
bequeath my Soule unto Almightie god my maker and redeemer and 
my bodie to be burial in the Churchyard of the parishe of Wokinge  
Item I give and bequeath unto the parsh church of Wokinge xijd  Item 
I give and bequeath unto the poore of the parrish of Wokinge iijs iiijd  
Itm I give unto my sonne Harry my house and freehold land lyinge in 
Worplesdon and unto his heires for ever yealdinge and payinge unto 
Margaret my wife three poundes a year duringe her naturall lyfe and 
Ten pounds unto John Lee my sonne one year after the decease of 
Margaret my wife  Item I will give and bequeath unto John Lee my 
sonne Ten poundes to be payd unto him by mine Executrix within 
one yeare after my decease  Item I will give and bequeath unto Alce 
Lee my daughter Twenty poundes of good and lawfull money of 
England to be payd unto her by my Executrix within fower yeares 
after my decease  Item I will give and bequeath unto Alce Lee my 
daughter The best bed in the house with bedsted and all furniture 
belonging thereunto after the decease of my Executrix  Itm I will give 
and bequeath unto my daughter Alce fower yewe shippe after my 
decease  Item I will give and bequeath unto John Lee my sonne the 
best bedstedd bed and furniture belonging thereunto in the lowe 
chamber after the decease of my Executrix  Itm I will give and 
bequeath unto John Lee my sonne fower yewe shepe after my 
decease  Item I will give and bequeath unto Harry Lee my sonne one 
boorded bedsted with bed and furniture thereunto belonging in the 
lowe chamber after the decease of my Executrix  Itm I will give and 
bequeath unto Harry Lee my sonne fower yewe sheepe after my 
decease  Itm I will give and bequeath unto William Lee my sonne 
one boorded bedsted with bed and furniture thereunto belonging in 
the loft after the decease of my Executrix  Itm I will give and 
bequeath unto Willia. Lee my sonne fower yewe sheepe and one 
grause chest in the loft after my decease  Itm I will give and 
bequeath unto Jone my daughter two bushelles of Rye after my 
decease  Itm I will give and bequeath unto John and Richard the 
sonnes of John hart one yeo and a lambe a peece after my decease  
All other my goodes and chattles I will give and bequeath unto 
Margarett my wife whome I make my sole executrix after my debtes 
and funeralles be discharged  Item I will and desire John Chide the 
Elder of Wokinge and Richard Lee my Brother of Woking to be my 
overseers of this my last will and Testament and for ther paines I will 
and give unto them fortye pence a peece  Itm my will is that my 
overseers shall for the deciding of the sheepe betwee my children In 
witnesse whereof I have unto this my last will and Testament putt to 
my hand and seale the Tenth day of August in eight yeare of the 
Raigne of our sovraigne Lord King James of England France and
