In the name of God Amen  this twenty fourth day of April 1760  I 
William Morriss the Elder of the parish of Woking in the County of 
Surry Blockmaker being in Good health in Body and sound and 
perfect mind and memory praised be God for the same and duely 
considering with my self the Brevity of life on Earth and the 
uncertainty of the hour of death do make this my last Will and 
Testament in manner & form following (That is to say)  first and 
principally I commend my soul into the hands Almighty God my 
Creator and also commit my body to the Ground to be buried at the 
discretion of my Executor hereafter named  Item I give and bequeath 
to my loving Wife Amey Morris four pounds a yeare Which with 
Eight pounds a yeare already settled upon her makes the sum of 
twelve pounds a yeare of Lawful money of Great Brittain to be paid 
to her half yearly by my Executor hereafter named dureing her 
natural life  Item I give and bequeath to my dafter Amey Head the 
sum of fifty pounds of like lawfull money to be paid her one year 
after my decease by my Executor hereafter named    Item I give and 
bequeath to my Brother Joseph Morris the sum of three guineis to 
be paid to him by my Executor twelve months after my decease    
Item I give and bequeath to my sister Mary Howse the sum of one 
guinei to be paid to her by Executor twelve months after my decease  
And I do nominate and appoint my son in law John Callingham 
Trustee to this my last Will to see the same performed and for so 
doing I give and bequeath to him one guinei to be paid him by 
Executor twelve months after my decease And I do I give and 
bequeath to my son William Morris all the Rest and Remainder of 
my Estate Reale and personal whatsoever and wheresoever And I do 
make nominate constitute and apoint my son William Morris full and 
sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament And I do hereby 
revoke disanull and make void all other will or wills by heretofore 
made and declare this only to be my last Will & Testament  In 
witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and Seale the day and 
yeare above written.

This will of William Morris the Elder late of the parish of Woking in 
the County of Surry deceased was proved on the 15th day of August 
1764 before the Reverend Edmund Brewer Clerk a Surrogate by the 
Oath of William Morris the sole Executor to whom admon was 
granted being first sworn duly to Administer
