In the name of God Amen  The Seaventh day of May in the Foure and 
Twentyeth yeare of the raigne of our most gracious Sovraigne Lord 
King Charles the second &c  Anno Dni 1672  I Agnes Emmett of 
Woking in the County of Surrey Widdow being aged and weake in 
body yet of sound and pfect mind and memory praysed be Allmighty 
God for the same  Doe make this my last Will and Testament in 
manner and forme Following (that is to say)  First and principally I 
commend my soule to Allmighty God my Creator trusting and 
assuredly believeing that I shall receive full pardon & free remission 
of all my sinnes and be saved by the meritts of my blessed Lord and 
Saviour Jesus Christ And I bequeath my body to the Earth to be 
buryed in decent and Christian manner according to the discretion of 
my Executor hereafter named  Item I give and bequeath unto Robert 
Emmett my son the sume of Fifteene pounds of lawfull money of 
England And alsoe I give and bequeath unto Mary Emmett the 
daughter of the said Robert Emmett the sume of Twenty pounds of 
the like lawfull money of England to be payd unto them by mine 
Executor within Three moneths next after my decease  Item  I give 
and bequeath unto Sarah Bullen my Grandaughter Twenty pounds 
of lawfull English and one Brasse pott, and one paire of Sheetts, one 
single Holland sheett & one paire of Pillow baggs to be payd and 
delivered unto her when she shall attaine to the age of One and 
Twenty yeares  Item I give and bequeath unto John Bullen my 
Grandson Five pounds of lawfull English money and one pewter dish 
to be payd to him at the age of One and Twenty yeares  Item I give 
and bequeath unto Robert Bullen my Grandson Ten pounds of 
lawfull English money and one pewter dish to be payd to him at the 
age of One and Twenty yeares  Item I give and bequeath unto my 
Grandson Mathew Bullen Five pounds of the like money and one 
pewter dish to be payd to him at the age of One and Twenty yeares  
Item I give and bequeath unto Edward Bullen my Grandson Five 
pounds of lawfull English money and one pewter dish to be payd to 
him at the age of One and Twenty yeares  Item I give and bequeath 
unto Anne Bullen my Grandaughter the sume of Five pounds of 
lawfull money of England and one pewter dish to be payd unto her at 
the age of One and Twenty yeares  It is my Will and meaning is that 
either of these my Grandchildren shall happen to dye before they 
attaine to their sevrall ages of One and Twenty yeares (that is to say) 
John Bullen, Robert Bullen, Mathew Bullen, Edward Bullen, Sarah 
Bullen & Anne Bullen, that the legacy of the said deceased shall be 
equally devided between them wch shall be then living  Item all the 
rest of my Goods and Chattells wch are yet unbequeathed I give and 
bequeath unto my son in Law John Bullen whom I make sole 
Executor of this my last Will and Testamt desireing him to pay my 
Legacyes and one halfe of my Funerall charges and the other halfe of 
my Funerall charges I desire my loveing son Robert Emmett to 
sattisfy & discharge And I desire my loving Friends William Collyer of 
Sutton and William Kettlefold to be Overseers of this my last Will 
and Testament And I give and bequeath to each of them One 
shillinge for their paynes In wittnesse whereof I have hereunto set 
my hand and Seale the day and yeare first above written.
