First I surrender my Soule and Spirritt into the handes of Almightye God trustinge through the alone merritts of my onelye Saviour Jesus Christ to obtaine Remission of all my sinnes And my bodye I committ to the Earth Item whereas Thomas Smith of Chaldon aforesaid Yeoman standeth bound to mee by Obligation of the penall somme of Fortye poundes dated the First day of March One thousand Sixe hundred Fortye & Foure Conditioned for the payment of Twentye poundes and Sixteen Shillinges on the First day of November then next ensueinge And alsoe Robert Browse of Croydon in Surrey aforesaid Poulterer standeth bound to mee by Obligation of the penall somme of Eight poundes dated the Twentieth day of October One thousand Sixe hundred Thyrtye and Two Conditioned for the payment of Foure poundes and Three Shillinges on the Two and Twentieth day of Aprill then next ensueinge which said sommes are to mee oweinge and yett unpaid I doe therefore hereby give and bequeath the same Obligations sommes of money and every of them And all benefitt and advantage thereof and on either or every of them to bee made credited or recovered to Joane Price the daughter of Susan daughter of William Sherrye the Elder her Exexutors and Assignes for ever Item I doe ordaine and make William Sherrye the younger my whole and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament In witnesse whereof I have hereunto putt my hande and Seale the day and yeare above said.
