In the name of God Amen I Robert Harvest of Wokeing in the County of Surrey Gentleman doe make my last Will and Testament in manner and forme following First I commend my Soule to God hopeing to be saved by the Death of Jesus Christ and I order my body to be Decently buried at the discretion of my Exec.rs hereinafter named And as concerning my worldly estate I give and dispose thereof as followeth (to witt) I Give to my loveing Wife Anne the summe of five pounds for Mourning Alsoe I give Devise and bequeath unto Abraham Harvest of Brentford in the County of Middlesex Brewer and Thomas Lee of the Tything of Goldworth in the parish of Wokeing aforesaid in the said County of Surrey Yeoman their heires Exec.rs and adm.rs All that my messuage or tenement with the barnes stables outhouses arable and meadow ground and premises now in the tenure or occupation of James Bedford or his assignes situate lyeing and being in the Tything of Kinvill in the said parish of Wokeing containing in the whole by estimation five and thirty acres (more or less) And alsoe all that my messuage or tenement situate lyeing and being in Shackleford in Wokeing aforesaid and now divided into four tenements with the barnes gardens orchards and backsides thereunto belonging (all which said premisses are copyhold and held of the Mannor of Wokeing and are surrendered by me To the use of my last Will) And alsoe on Moitye or equall half part of all my goods chattells rights creditts ready money and personal estate whatsoever Upon Special Trust and confidence that they the said Abraham Harvest and Thomas Lee and the survivor of them and the heires Exec.rs and adm.rs of such survivor of them doe and shall from time to time manage pay apply and dispose of the same and the income and produce thereof and every or any part thereof To and for the sole separate use and behoof of my Daughter Anne the now wife of Timothy Child of Twickenham in the said County of Middlesex Tallow Chandler (exclusive of her said husband) or as she from time to time or at any time or times by any Writeing or Writeings under her hand attested by twoe or more Credible Witnesses or by her last Will & Testament in Writeing or any Writeing in the nature of or purporting to be her last Will and Testament to be executed by her in the presence of twoe or more Credible Witnesses shall direct order or appointe Alsoe I give devise and bequeath unto the said Abraham Harvest and Thomas Lee their heires Exec.rs and adm.rs All that my messuage or tenement called or known by the name of the Rose and Crowne and the three severall closes of arable and meadow land thereunto belonging containing by estimation five acres and an half now in the tenure or occupation of Benjamin Monger or his assignes situate lyeing and being in Wokeing aforesaid and all those my three closes of arable and meadow Land commonly called Mill Land containing by estimation eight acres (more or lesse) and now in my owne occupation or my assignes lyeing and being in Wokeing aforesaid And alsoe all that my messuage or tenement near the Church Yard of Wokeing aforesaid with the gardens orchards and Court Yards thereto belonging with the new buildings called the High buildings thereupon lately erected in the Tithing of Towne Street in Wokeing aforesaid and Alsoe twoe parcells of land called Holly doles of Land lyeing in Broadmead with the appurtenances and now in the severall tenures or occupations of me and Henry Walden or our assignes (all which said premises are copyhold and held of the Mannor of Wokeing and are surrendered by me To the use of my last Will) And alsoe one moitye or equall half part of all my goods chattells rights creditts ready money and personal estate whatsoever Upon Special Trust and confidence that they the said Abraham Harvest and Thomas Lee and the survivor of them and the heires Exec.rs and adm.rs of such survivor of them doe and shall from time to time manage pay apply and dispose of the same and the income and produce thereof and every or any part thereof To and for the sole separate use and behoof of my Daughter Elizabeth the now wife of Mathew Taft of Stanwell in the said County of Middlesex Yeoman (exclusive of her said husband) or as she from time to time or at any time or times by any Writeing or Writeings under her hand attested by twoe or more Credible Witnesses or by her last Will & Testament in Writeing or any Writeing in the nature of or purporting to be her last Will and Testament to be executed by her in the presence of twoe or more Credible Witnesses shall direct order or appointe And it is my express mind and Will that noe part of my reall or personall estate devised In Trust for the separate use of my said Daughters Anne and Elizabeth respectively as aforesaid or the income or produce thereof shall be liable or subject to the debts control power or intermeddling of their said respective husbands but that the whole thereof as well the principal as the interest and produce thereof shall be for the respective sole separate use and benefitt of my said Daughters Anne and Elizabeth and shall be absolutely and entirely at their severall and respective owne sole power and disposeall exclusive of their said respective husbands notwithstanding their respective Coverture and I doe direct and desire my said trustees and every one of them from time to time and at any time to pay layout and apply deliver assigne and dispose of all and singular my estate devised and given to them in Trust as aforesaid (that is to say as well the principal or capital as the income or produce thereof) in such manner and to such person or persons and to and for such uses and purposes as my said Daughters Anne and Elizabeth severally and respectively by any Writeing or Writeings under their severall and respective hands to be attested as aforesaid or by their severall and respective last Wills and Testaments or any Writeing or Writeings in the nature of or purporting to be their severall and respective last Wills and Testaments to be executed and attested as aforesaid shall from time to time direct order or appointe notwithstanding their respective coverture And for what my said severall and respective Daughters shall at any time or times respectively themselves receive thereof their owne severall and respective receipts in Writeing under their severall and respective hands (exclusive of their said respective husbands) shall be a sufficient acquittance and discharge to my said Trustees and every one of them And I doe nominate and appointe the said Abraham Harvest and Thomas Lee Exec.rs of this my Will and doe direct that they shall and may retaine and be satisfyed out of my estate or the produce thereof moneys sufficient in the first place to pay all my debts Legacyes and funerall charges and the charge of proveing and executeing of this my will and alsoe all their reasonable costs and charges which they may sustain or be putt to in the due execution of this my Will and the Trusts hereby reposed in them And that neither of them shall be answerable for any loss that may happen without their wilful default but each of them to be only answerable for his own act and default and I doe hereby revoke all former Wills by me made In Testimony whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament contained in twoe sheets of paper set my hand and Seale to each sheet the nineteenth day of March in the thirteenth year of the reign of King George the second over great Britain and so forth and in the year of our Lord one Thousand Seven hundred thirty and Nine.
