In the name of God Amen  I Sarah Fulkes of Send in the County of 
Surry spinster being in good health and of sound mind and memory 
but considering the uncertainty of human life do make and ordain 
this my last Will and Testament as follows  I give and bequeath all 
and singular my Estate Bonds Bills Book Debts monies Securities for 
money Stock in the Public Funds Plate and effects of what nature or 
kind soever I may die possessed of (after my just Debts Funeral and 
Testamentary Expences are Paid) to my Brothers and Sisters, Viz, 
James Fulkes, Thomas Fulkes, Catherine Fulkes, John Fulkes, Jane 
Ashton, William Francis, and Rebecca Francis to be equally divided 
between them, share and share alike provided that should either of 
my said Brothers or Sisters die before me their shares to go to their 
Children but if they leave no Children then such share or shares to be 
equally divided amongst the survivors of my said Brothers and Sisters 
and lastly I nominate Constitute and appoint my aforementioned 
Brother Thomas Fulkes sole Exor to this my Will hereby revoking all 
former will or wills by me at any time heretofore made declaring this 
to be my last In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and 
Seal this ninth day of August in the year of our Lord One thousand 
eight hundred.

for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at her 
request and in her presence have subscribed our names as witnesses

Danbury Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by the Oath of Thomas Fulkes 
the Brother and Sole Exor to whom Admon was granted he having 
been first sworn duly to administer.
