In the name of God Amen the Sixth Day of June in the Third yeare of the raigne of our Sovraigne Lord James the second by the grace of God King of England &c Annoq Dni 1687 I James Trigge of Woking in the County of Surrey yeoman being sick and weake in Body but of sound & perfect mind and memory praysed be Allmighty God for the same Doe make this my last Will and Testament in manner & forme following (That is to say) For such temporall estate as the Lord of his infinite goodness & mercy hath lent unto me I give and bequeath the same as followeth Imp:rs I give & bequeath unto Anne Trigge the daughter of Richard Trigge of Sutton in Woking afforesaid the sum of Thirty pounds of lawfull money of England which is now due & oweing unto me from him the said Richard Trigge upon one Bond or Obligacon as in & by the said Bond or Obligacon with condicon thereunder written at large appears Item I give and bequeath unto my Brother Richard Trigge All my wearing Apparrell and alsoe the sume of Forty shillings of lawfull money of England Item I give and bequeath unto Elizabeth Rose formerly my Maid Servant Two pair of sheets and the sume of Twenty shillings of lawfull money of England Item I give and bequeath unto my sonne William Sherrett of Woking aforesaid yeoman and Anne his now wife to each of them severally one Coyned piece of Gold called a Guinney to buy each of them a Ring Item all the rest of my Goods and Chattells whatsoever yet unbequeathed I give and bequeath unto my kinsman Henry Maxwell he paying of all my Debts and Legacies and alsoe my Funerall Charges And I declare this to be my last Will and Testament only In wittness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seale the day and yeare first above written.
