I Henrie Collyer thelde of Wokinge in the County of Surr yeoman sicke in body but of whole in mynde thanks be to Allmighty god Doe make & ordeyne this my last Will and Testament in mannr & forme Followinge First I bequeath my soule to allmighty god hopeinge by the reconciliacon by Jesus Christ to be saved onely & my body to be buried in the Churchyard of Wokinge aforesaid, Item I give & bequeath towards the nexte repracon of the pish Church of Woking aforesaid vs Item I give & bequeath to the use of the poore of the sd pish of Woking vjs xiijd to be bestowed at the discretion of myne ovrseers. Item I give & bequeath unto Joan my eldest Daughter Seaven score pounds of lawfull money of England Foure score poundes thereof to be paid unto her wthin two yeres and thother Three score wthin Three yeres nexte after my decease. Allsoe I give unto her my Featherbedd & beddsteed wth all the furniture therunto belonginge standinge in my plor, and Three payre of my beste sheetes & my beste table Cloth to be pd & delivered unto her by myne executor hereunder named, Itm I devise my Messuage & Freeholde lands in Horsell in the County aforesaid Called by the name of Gunners land unto Richard my youngest sonne to him & his heires for evr payinge unto Susan my youngest Daughter Six score poundes of Lawfull money of England when shee shall accomplish the age of Twenty and One yeres, Itm I give & bequeath unto my said sonne Richard my beste flockbedd & beddsteed wth all the furniture thereunto belonginge And one of my beste kyne & two Ewes two steeres of two yeres old and one shepe of the lesser sorte Itm I give & bequeath unto Susan my Daughter my second flockbedd & beddsteed wth all the furniture thereunto belonginge two payre of my beste sorte of sheetes on Table Cloth and one Cowe of foure or five yeres old and three pieces of Pewter (beluge platters) and one Ewe & a Lambe Itm I devise my Capitall Mesuage & freeholde landes thereunto belonginge Called Hill place als Hull place situate in Horsell aforesd unto Henrie my eldest sonne wch is now in his occupacon to him & his heirs for evr and I give & bequeath unto him the said Henrie my sonne iijs iiijd Itm I devise my mesuage & freehold lanes lyenge & beinge in the pish of Wokinge wherein I now dwell unto John my seconde sonne & to his heires for ever And I give & bequeath unto Sara the daughter of Henrie my sonne one heyfer of a yere old Itm I give & bequeath unto Robt Collyer my brother my two second suites of Appell.
