In the name of God Amen I William Collyer of Goldworth in the Parish of Wokeing in the County of Surrey Blacksmith do make this my last Will and Testament in Manner & form following First having surrendered all my Coppyhold both in the manners of Chobham & Woking to the Use of my Will I Give & devise unto my Nephew John Stevens & to Mercy his Wife all that my Coppyhold Messuage or Tenement Blacksmiths Shop Land & Premises with the Appurtenances situate lying & being in the Parish of Woking and held of the Manner of Woking To hold to them the sd John Stevens & Mercy his Wife during both their Natural Lives and the Survivors of them and after both their deceases I will and order the same to go unto such of the Family of the Stevenses as my said Nephew John Stevens shall by his last Will & Testament in Writing Give Will or apoint the same and for Want of such will to go to the sd John Stevenses Right Heir & assigns for ever I also Give & Devise unto my said Nephew John Stevens His Heirs and assigns all that my coppyhold Messuage or Tenement Land & Premises together with the Tythes thereof called or known by the name of Greeth or such like name situate lying and being in the Parish of Chobham in the County of Surrey and now in the Occupation of Henry Street or his Under Tenant to hold to him the sd John Stevens his Heirs and assigns for ever but charged and chargeable nevertheless with the Payment of One Hundred Pounds to my Nephew Edward Stevens his Brother & Ten Pounds apiece to his Three sisters Vis to Sarah Linard Gordons & Ann the Wife of John Collings & to Elizabeth the Wife of John Spooner all which said several Legacies I will & order shall be paid within Twelve Months next after my decease Next I Give & Devise unto my said Nephew Edward Stevens his Heirs and assigns all that my Freehold Cottage Garden Land & Premisses to the same belonging situate near Lucas Green in the West End of the Parish of Chobham aforesaid and now in the Occupation of the Widow Collyer to hold to him the sd Edward Stevens his Heirs and assigns for ever Next I Give & Devise unto my Nephew Richard Stevens his Heirs and assigns all that my Freehold Cottage Garden Land & Premisses to the same belonging situate in the West End of the Parish of Chobham aford near Hackthorn and now in the Occupation of Edward Cheeseman To hold to him the said Richard Stevens his Heirs and assigns for ever And lastly as to all the Rest & Residue of my Personal Estate Money Goods & Chattells whatsoever I Give the same unto my said Nephew John Stevens and do hereby nominate and appoint him sole Executor of this my last Will and him to pay all my just Debts & Funeral Expences & I do hereby Revoke all Former Wills by me made and declare this to be my last Will and Testament and no other In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my Hand & Seal The Thirty first Day of August in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety Three. William Collyer Signed sealed Published & Declared by the above named William Collyer the Testator as & for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his Presens and in the presents of Each Other have hereunto Subscribed our names as Witnesses Ann Whiting William Mumford John Knowls This Will of William Collyer late of Goldworth in the Parish of Woking in the County of Surrey deceased was proved on the thirtieth day September 1795 before the Worshipful George Harris Doctor of Laws the Official by the Oath of John Stevens the Nephew and the sole Executor named in the said Will to whom Admon was granted he having been first sworn duly to Administer.
