In the Name of God Amen  I William Atkins of Send in the County of 
Surrey Yeoman do hereby make my last will and testament I do 
hereby bequeath all my Effects to Mr William Walker of Ripley in 
the County of Surrey and the said Mr Walker to pay all my funeral 
expences and do also appoint Mr Nathan Abrahams Auctioneer of 
Chertsey and Mr Wm Walker of Ripley both in the County of Surrey 
my Executors and trust to all property that I may possess now and 
hereafter being at this present time in a sound state of mind and in 
good bodily health etc given under my hands this 22 day of 
November 1841 _ William Atkins _ in the presence of  Sam.l Toll

In the Prerogative Court of Canterbury 
In the Goods of William Atkins deceased 
Appeared personally William Pike of Chertsey in the County of Surrey 
Innkeeper and made Oath that he is one of the the subscribed 
witnesses to the last will and testament hereunto annexed of William 
Atkins late of Send in the County of Surrey yeoman deceased bearing 
date the twenty second day of November last And he further made 
oath that on the said twenty second day of November the said 
testaor duly executed the said will by signing his name at the foot or 
end thereof in the presence of this deponent and of Samuel Toll 
Ridwell and a William Frederick Strubell the other subscribed 
witnesses to the said will all of whom were present at the same time 
and respectively in the presence of the said deceased subscribed 
their names to the said will as witnesses of the due execution thereof 
_ William Pike  _ On the eighth day of July 1842 the said William Pike 
was duly sworn to the truth of this affidavit by virtue of the annexed 
Commission Before me William Ridcock Commissioner.

Proved at London 15th July 1842 before the Judge by the Oaths of 
Nathan Abrahams and William Walker the Executors to whom 
administration was granted having been first sworn by Commission 
duly to administer.
