This is the Last Will and Testament of me John 
Chalcraft of Woodhurst in the Parish of Oxted in 
the County of Surry Esquire that is to say I give 
devise and bequeath unto my dear Wife Anna Maria 
Chalcraft All and every my ffreehold Copyhold and 
Leasehold Messuages Lands Tenements and 
Hereditaments And all other my substance and 
property whatsoever Or of what nature kind or Quality 
soever To hold the same and every part thereof to my 
said Wife her Heirs Executors Admors and Assigns to 
and for her and their own and absolute use and benefit 
And I do hereby make constitute and appoint my said 
Wife my Brother in Law William Gossip and my 
friend Mr Henry Bodicoate Executrix and Executors 
of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all 
former Wills by me heretofore made And I do declare 
this to be my last Will and Testament In Witness 
whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this 
fifteenth Day of October one thousand seven hundred 
and ninety six Jno Chalcraft
