In the name of God Amen  the five and twenty day of february :1728: 
and in the second yeare of the Raigne of our gracious Sovereigne 
Lord King George the second According to the cumeputtatyon of the 
church of Ingland that James Lee of Woking parish Carpenter in the 
County of Surrey being of perfect Mind and Rememrance and of A 
good understanding praised be God Allmighty for it doth make and 
Ordaine this my last will and testament macking void all former wills 
by me mead and this to be my last will and testament as followeth
					Viz
First of all I bequeath my soule into the hands of God Allmighty my 
macker hoping through the merits death and passion of Jesus Christ 
my only saviour to Receve free parne of all sins by me commited in 
thought word or deed and as for my boddy to be bueryed in true 
Cristion bueriall at the discresion of my Executtrixe which shall be  
hereafter nominated in the parish church yard of Woking and as for 
all such worlds goods as it hath plesed god to bles me with in this life 
I give and bestow them as it pleseth me in my wisdom so to doe as 
followeth  Item I give unto my loveing Wife Elizabeth my Coppyhold 
esteat all of it where I now live by Acknoligeing of A surrender by me 
made to the use of my will for the turme of  hur life and at hur death 
I give the same Coppyhold esteate abovesaid to my sonne James Lee 
and to his heirs and assignes for ever subjecte to those payments 
which shall be heare after menshoned  I doth will and give to be truly 
payd out of this Coppyhold esteate above by my sonne James Lee 
the sume of sixty pound of good and lafull money of Great Brittan at 
on Intyer payment unto my datter Ann Lee with in sixe month after 
the death of my wife Elizabeth  I will and give out of this Coppyhold 
esteate above that my sonne James Lee shall truly pay at on intyer 
payment unto my sonne Richard Lee the sume of tenn pound of 
good and lafull money of great brittan with in sixe month after the 
death of my now wife Elizabeth and if it shall so happen that my 
datter Ann Lee shall depart this life before the sixty pound  above 
doth come due to hut I will and give the seame sixty pound to be 
truly payd and equally devided amongst all my sonnes that are then 
living at that time  Item I doth with and give by the acknoledging of a 
surrender by me meade to the use of my will all this my Coppyhold 
esteat lying in the tiding of Kingfild now in the occupatyon of Richard 
Humphrey unto my sonne John Lee and to his heirs and assignes for 
ever subject to these payments which shall be here after menshoned 
that is I doth will and give out of this Coppyhold above to be truly 
payd by my sonne John Lee unto my sonne Richard Lee the sume of 
twenty pound of good and lafull money of great brittan at on intyer 
payment with in sixe month after the deth of my wife and I doth will 
and give to be truly payd out of this Coppyhold above by my sonne 
John Lee unto my datter Elizabeth Lee the sume of fifty pound of 
good and lafull money of great brittan at on intyer payment with in 
sixe month after my desese and I doth will and give to be truly payd 
by my sonne John Lee out of this Coppyhold esteat above the sume 
of forty shillings a yeare for the turme of hur life this yearly Rent I 
doth will that my sonne John Lee shall truly pay to his mother every 
mellmus day for the turme of her natural Life And if it shall so 
happen that my datter Elizabeth shall depart this life before the 
abovesaid fifty pound doth Come due to hur I give the same fifty 
pound to be truly payd by my sonne John Lee unto those my granchi: 
which are Children of my sonne William and my datte Seary ideren 
Colshin when thay shall be of the aige of one and twenty years to as 
maney of them as there be living shere and shere alicke  Item I will 
and give unto my loveing wife Elizabeth whome I doth make soule 
Executrixe of this my last Will all my stocke goods Reddy money even 
all that have in the world ungiveen away  In Witnes hereunto I doth 
sett my Hand and Seale in the presents of those three witneses hose 
hands are here sett in In order in this place  James Lee
