In the name of God Amen The fourth day of June annoq dni 1725 And in the Eleventh Yeare of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lord King George over Great Britaine &r I Richard Lee the Elder of Wokeing in the County of Surrey Yeoman being through Gods mercy in perfect Mind Memory and understanding But considering the uncertaine state of this Life Doe hereby make constitute and appoint This to be my last Will and Testament revokeing all former Wills and Testaments by me at any time heretofore made Imprimis I chearfully resigne my Soule into the hands of the Allmighty God Assuredly trusting for Mercy through the meritts of my Saviour the Lord Christ Jesus And my body to the Earth to be decently buryed at the discretion of my Executrix herein after named And as to the disposition of my Worldly Estate wherewith it hath pleased Almighty God to Bless me with I hereby Give devise Bequeath and dispose thereof in manner and forme following (that is to say) Item I hereby Give devise and bequeath unto my son Richard Lee all that my Copyhold Messuage or tenem.t Barnes Stables other out buildings Gardens and orchards together with Sixty Six acres of land more or less thereunto belonging and appertaining scituate standing lyeing and being in Wokeing aforesaid and now in my own occupacon known by the name of Egley To hold to my said son Richard Lee his heires and assignes for ever as soon as he shall attaine to his full age of Six and Twenty Yeares and not before he my said son paying out of the same to my wife Anne Lee his Mother Fifteen pounds P annum by halfe Yearly paym.ts (free and cleere of all taxes) dureing the terme of her Natural Life Item I hereby Give devise and bequeath unto my son John Lee his heires and assignes for ever All that my Freehold Messuage or tenem.t Barnes and Buildings and premises together with two and twenty acres of land thereunto belonging lying in the Tything of Goldsworth in Wokeing aforesaid To hold to him my said son John Lee and his heires as aforesaid when he shall attaine to his full age of Six and Twenty Yeares He paying out of the same Tenn pounds Pr annum to my said wife by halfe Yearly paym.ts (free of all taxes) dureing the terme of her Natural Life Item I hereby Give devise and bequeath unto my son Thomas Lee and his heires for ever All that my piece or parcell of Freehold Land nown by the name of Mayford Mead in Wokeing aforesaid conteyning Three acres more or less together with two acres of Copyhold Land more or less lying in Wokeing Broad Mead in the parish of Send in the said County more I hereby Give and Bequeath unto my said son Thomas and his heires Four closes of Copyhold land conteyning Eight acres more or less and one other close of land called Carthouse als Claycocks by estimacon four acres one acre called Strings two acres of meadow called Longlane Mead all in the Tything of Goldsworth aforesaid all which said Freehold and Copyhold lands and premises with the appurtenances last menconed I hereby Give devise and Bequeath unto my said son Thomas Lee his heires and assignes for ever But my will and meaning further Is that if my said son Thomas Lee should dye before he attaine to his full age of One and Twenty Yeares then I hereby Devise give and bequeath the said lands (given and bequeathed unto my said son Thomas) unto my son Joseph Lee and to his heires and assignes Item I hereby Give devise and bequeath unto my said son Joseph Lee All my Copyhold Lands and premises which I lately purchased of the Daughters of late Thomas Lamboth called Newlands Sheppards Barrons Mead and Westwood or such like name or names conteyning by estimacon Sixteen acres more or less lying and being in Goldsworth aforesaid in the said parish of Wokeing To hold to my said son Joseph Lee and his heires and assignes for ever But my Will and meaning further Is that if my said son Thomas Lee and my said son Joseph Lee should both dye before their respective ages of One and Twenty Yeares Then I hereby Give and Bequeath the last menconed Lands and premises to my said son John Lee and his Heires and assignes He paying out of the same Three hundred pounds of Lawfull money to my daughters that shall be then Living to be Equally divided between them Item I hereby Give and Bequeath unto my Daughter Anne Lee the sume of Two hundred and Fifty pounds of lawfull money of Great Britain to be paid to her by my Executrix at her age of Six [sic] and Twenty Yeares Item I hereby Give and Bequeath unto my Daughter Mary Lee the like sume of Two hundred and Fifty pounds of like lawfull money of Great Britain to be paid to her by my Executrix hereinafter named at her age of One and Twenty Yeares Item I hereby Give and Bequeath unto my Daughter Allice Lee the like sume of Two hundred and Fifty pounds of like lawfull money of Great Britain to be paid as aforesaid by my Executrix at her age of One and Twenty Yeares But my will and meaning further is that if either of my said Daughters should dye before they or either of them atttaine to their respective ages of One and Twenty Years Then such legacy or legacyes I hereby give and order to be equally divided between my surviving daughters at her or their ages of One and twenty years But my will and meaning further is that if either of my said Daughters should be marryed without the consent or approbation of their Mother my now wife if then living or my Overseers herein after named Then in such Case such Daughter or Daughters so marryed Her or their Legacy or Legacyes so marryed shall be equally divided between her other sisters not so offending Item I do hereby Nominate Constitute ordain and Appoint my Loving Wife Anne Lee full whole and sole Executrix of this my Last will and testament she paying my just debts Legacies and funerall Expences And I do order my said Executrix to hold the rents and proffitts of my said Messuages Lands and premises before given to my said sons Richard Lee and John Lee for her own use and benefitt untill they attaine to their severall ages of Six and twenty Yeares And I doe hereby desire my Loving Uncle Mr John Lee of London Merch.t my Brother in Law Mr Robert Harvest of Woking aforesaid Mr Henry Shurrett als Shurrod and Thomas Howard of Woking to be and act as Overseers in assisting my said Executrix in the due and true Execution of this my last Will and Testament In
