In the name of God amen The six & twentyethe Daye of February in 
the Third yeare of the reigne of our gracious Soveraigne Lord King 
James the Second Annoq Dnid 1686  I Samuell Heath of Woking in 
the County of Surrey Taylor being in good health and of sound and 
perfect mind and memory praysed be Allmighty God for the same, 
And calling to mind the uncertainty of this life on Earth that all flesh 
must Die and yeild unto Death when it shall please God to call, And 
being verry desireous to settle things in Order before my Departure 
out of this transitory Life  Doe make this my last Will and Testament 
in manner and forme following (That is to say) First and principally I 
Comend my Soule to Allmighty God my Creator Assuredly believing 
that by the Merits and reconciliation of my blessed Lord & Saviour 
Jesus Christ I shall receive full pdon & free remission of all my sinnes 
and be saved and inherit everlasting Life, And I bequeath my Body to 
the Earth to be decent X.piantly Buried according to the discretion of 
mine Executrix hereafter named And as for such Temporall Estate as 
the Lord of his infinite goodness & mercy hath lent unto I give and 
bequeath thereof as followeth (That is to say) First I give and 
bequeath unto my daughter Jane Heath Two shillings & sixpence of 
lawfull money of England And alsoe One Joynt Chest which was her 
Mothers, And one Joynt Bedsted Matt & Cord with Curtains Rods and 
Side Board and one Joynt Cupboard now standing & being at my 
House now in the tenure or occupacon of William Burt  Item I give 
and bequeath unto my sonne Samuell Heath One Feather Bed 
Bolster and Two Feather Pillowes with one Joynt Bedsted Matt & 
Cord wth the Curtaine Rods and the Curtaines and Valleines thereto 
belonging now standing in the Chamber over the Hall where I now 
dwell And alsoe One Cupbord or Box of Drawers wch were my owne 
Fathers to be Delivered to him when he shall accomplish his full age 
of One and Twenty yeares  Item I give and bequeath unto my Three 
youngest Sonnes (that is to say) Thomas Heath, John Heath and 
Robert Heath, to each & every one of them the sume of Five pounds 
of lawfull money of England to be paid to them severally when and 
as they shall attaine and be of their full age of One and Twenty 
yeares severally  Item all the rest of my Goods and Chattells ready 
Money Bonds Billes and all other Assurances for money I give & 
bequeath unto my Dear and Loveing Wife Anne Heath whom I make 
Constitute & ordaine Sole Executrix of this my last Will and 
Testament she honestly and Carefully Sattisfying & paying first all my 
Debts wch in right or Conscience I shall owe to any manner of pson or 
psons at the time of my decease And alsoe my Funerall Charges And 
allsoe my Legacyes before menconed in manner & forme as 
afforesaid limitted expressed and declared not doubting but that she 
will honestly & carefully pforme and doe the same And I declare this 
to be my last Will and Testament only  In Wittness whereof I have 
hereunto set my hand and Seale the day and yeare first above
