In the name of God Amen the Fivth day of November in the yeare of 
our Lord god one Thousand Sixe Hundred Ninty Five  I Abraham 
Ested of Woking in the County of Surrey yeoman being sick and 
weak of body but of Perfect mind and memory thanks be given unto 
god therefore calling into mind the mortality of my body and 
knowing that it is appointed for all men to dye, do make and ordaine 
this my last Will and testament in manner that is to say First & 
Principally I give my Soull in to the hands of god who gave it and for 
my body I Comened it to the Earth to be buried in Christian and 
decent mannor, in the Church yard in              According to the 
discression of my Executrix her after named nothing doupting but at 
the generall Resurrection I shall Receve the same again by the mighty 
Power of god And as touching such worldly Estate wherewith it hath 
Plesed god to bless me in this life I give devise bequeath and dispose 
the same in mannor and form following First I give and bequeath 
unto my daughter Mary Fivety Pounds to be paid out of my Freehold 
Lands Item I give and bequeath all my Freehold Lands liing and being 
in the Tything of Peershill in the Parish of Worplesdon called by the 
name of Ockly Lands and alsoe three Ackers more of Freehould Land 
liing in the Parish of Woking in the  mannor of Sutton called by the 
name of Koris More abutting one Mrs Avaits land one the suth and 
Land of John Drapyers one the Est, and the borne one the north hee 
Paying or Cause to be Paid the Fivety Pounds before mentioned 
when hee shall Come to the age of one and Twenty year of good and 
Lawfull mony of England  Item I give and bequeath unt my daughter 
Sarah Sixty Pound of good and Lawfull mony of England to be paid 
her out of my Percinall Estate by my Executrix her after named Tell 
shee shall ataine to the age of one and Twenty years  Item I give and 
bequeath unto my daughter Mary Tene Pound to be paid her out of 
my Persinall Estate by my Executrix of good and Lawfull mony of 
England in to the hands of my Trustees within Sixe month after my 
deceses to be Paid her when shee shall ataine to the age of one and 
Twenty years  And of this my Last Will and Testament I mack and 
ordaine my Loveing Wife Katheran Ested my full and whole 
Executrix Paying the Fivetty Pound for which there is A Morgaige one 
my Freehould Lands within Sixe Month after my Decese and all my 
Debts and Legases before mentioned and my Funerall Charges and 
Expenses  Item I macke and Constitute Apoint my loveing brother 
Richard Hack of Woking Millir and Richard Huntingford of the 
parish of Worpeldon Trustees of my Last Will desiering them to see 
it full feild in all things, And to Tacke in to their hands ye Seventy 
Pound and Macke the best Profit of it thay Cane untell my daughters 
shall com to the age of one and Twenty years, And my Will is that my 
Executrix shall Tacke up and Receve all the intrest that shall be made 
of the said Legases, and all the Rent that shall become due for my 
Freehould Lands after the decease of my mother untell my sonn 
John Cumes to the age of one and Twenty years for the good 
Educacion and bringing up of my Children, And I do hereby attorly 
disallow Revoke and Annull all and every other Former Testaments 
Wills Legacies, bequests and Executors by mee in anyways befour 
this Times named willed and bequeathed, Ratyfying and confirming 
this and none other to be my last Will and Testament, in Wittnes 
whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seall the day and yeare
