In the Name of God Amen I Johnathan Davey of Woking in the County of Surrey yeoman being in good helth of body and sound and perfect mind and memori god be praised therefore but calling to minde and Remembarance the sartinty of death and unsartinty of the time thereof and revokeing all former wills by me made I doe heare by make and ordaine this to be my Last will and Testament in manner and forme following that is to say first and principally I comemend my soule to Almighty God my Creator hoping to be seaved by and through the merits and passion of my only Seaviour and Redeemer Jesus Christ and my body commited to the earth to be decently burryed in christian burriall at the discresion and according to ye derection of my Excutitors herein after menshoned and neamed And as tuching my worldly goods and esteate where with it heath plesed god to bless me with I doe order give and dispose thereof as followeth Imprimis whereas I heave leatly in due manner surrended into the hands of the Lord of the Manner of Moulsey prior als by the acceptance of his Steward all that Customary mesaige or tenement and seven eakers of Land there unto belonging with the Aputinances sittueeate lying and being in temes dittun in the aforesaid County of Surrey and holden of the manner aforesaid to the only use of my last will and testament as by the said surrender Relaision being had thereunto it doth now fully appeare now in pursueance to the said surrender I doe hereby give and devise unto my kinswoman Joan now wife of Joshua Wing of Walton in the aforesaid County of Surrey youman all and singular the said customary mesaige or tenement and seven eakers of land with the appurtinances to hould to her that is to the aforesaid Jone wife of Joshua Winge and to her heires and assignes for ever Subject nevertheless to the payment of seven pounds par yeare of lafull money of greate Brittan unto my deare wife Elizabeth deavy duering the time of her naturall life free from all taxes impositions and payments whatsoever to be paid to her quarterly the first payment to be meade within three monthes after my desese that is to pay every quarter of ye yeare thirty five shillings a quarter at her demand and subject allso to the payment of eighty pounds of licke lafull money of greate brittan unto my kinsman John Masey of Send in the aforesaid County of Surrey youman to be paid to him within twellfe month after the deses of my now wife Elizabeth with interest after ye reate of fower pounds par sent for ye said twellfe month and In Cease the said John Masey shall happen to depart this life before that the said Elizabeth or before the eaighty pounds shall become due or payable as aforesaid that then I will that the seame shall be paid to such parson as shall be excetiters or administereators of ye household goods which shall be in my house where I now dwell at my desese Item I give and devise unto my wife Elizabeth forty pounds of lafull money of great Brittan to be paid to hur at Dual payments that is tenn pounds in one month time after my deses I will to be paid to her and the other thirty pounds to be paide at every half yeares ende after the first payment in one month this payments of forty pounds I will to be paid by excetitors Item I will that my wife shall reane libarty to dwell in the house which I now live in one halfe yeare after my desese and that my excetitors shall pay ye Rent for the said half yeare Item I give and devise unto my kinsman at Shalfourd now Henery Arnold of Shalfourd in the aforesaid County of Surrey Cooper all that my messuage an tenement or dwelling house garden and backside with the apurtinances sittueeat in Shallfourd aforesaid and now in the tener and occupation of the aforesaid Henry Arnold or his assignes to hould to the aforesaid Henery Arnold and to his heires and assignes for ever Subject nevertheless to the payment of fifty pounds of good and lafull money of greate brittan to be paid unto my kinsman William Mabbanke brother two Ann Arnold wife of the aforesaid Henery Arnold of Shalfourd aforesaid Cooper which I will to be paide unto him within one yeare next after my desese and in cease the aforesaid William Mabbank shall happen to depart this life before the aforesaid fifty pounds shall be come due or payabel as aforesaid that then I will the seame shall be paid and divided equally betwene the Children of the aforesaid William Mabbanke sheare and sheare alicke and Subject allso to the payment of forty shillings of good and lafull money of greate brittan to be paid unto Elizabeth my now wife which I will to be paid unto hur within one yeare next after my desese in full Recumepence and sattisfaction of hur douery Right and titell and Interest that shee may have or cleame to heave out of all my esteats of Lands or tenements or heriditements Provided allways that if my aforesd wife Elizabeth doe not meake and deliver unto my aforesaid kinsman Henery Arnold within three month next after my desese a good and sufficient relese of all hur right of douery to all and every part or parsell of my Lands or when soever my kinsman Henery Arnold aforesaid shall demand of hur to give two him such a Relese of hur douery Called thirds in freehould Lands as aney two men of understanding in that Cearse shall think sofishent the wife Elizabeth to chose one man and the aforesaid Henery Arnold to chouse another man if it cannot be agreed upon with out betwene them the said henry Arnold to be at one halfe of the Charge of this giving up of hur Rights and the aforesaide Elizabeth to be at the other halfe of the Charge best more fully agreed upon this that If hur ansur shall be that shee will not make this tittel as above is menshoned and hur ansur is that shee will not make and give up hur thirds in this esteate to the aforesaide Henery Arnold that then twenty pounds of the saide forty pounds afore menshuned to be paide unto hur I give and devise unto my said kinsman Henery Arnold to be paid unto him by my Executors within one yeare next after my desese and that the devise of the saide twenty pounds so givon to my said wife shall sease and be utterly voide any thing hearin containing to the Contrary thereof in Any wise Item I give unto my kinswoman Elizabeth now wife of John Bachelor of Gillfourd in the aforesaid County of Surrey in houlder the full sume of thirty pounds of good and lafull money of greate brittan to be paide unto hur by my executors heareinafter menshoned within nine month next after my desese and in cease it shall happen that my kinswoman Elizabeth Bachelor shall depart this life before hur lagesey shall becume due two hur or payabell as aforesaid that then I will the seame shall be payed and equally devided between hur Children my dafter in law Mary Whiteroad now wife of danell Whiteroad of the parish of Cripellgate in London Coardwinder the sume of five pounds of good and lafull of great brittan to be payed unto her by my executors Item I give and bequeath unto my son in Law William Bird the sume of five pounds of good and lafull of great brittan to be payed unto him by my executors within one year next after my desese Item I give and bequeate unto my kinswoman Mary Wapshott of Chersey in the County of Surrey now wife of Richard Wapshut of Chursey in the aforesaid County of Surrey youman the sume of five pounds of good and lafull of great brittan to be payed unto hur by my executors within eaight monthes after my desese Item I give and bequeate unto my kinswoman Ann Turner widd of Leat wife of John Turner of Woking aforesaid youman the sume of five pounds of good and lafull of great brittan to be payed unto hur by my saide executor within fower monthes nexte after my desese Item I give and bequeate unto my kinswoman Joane Davy dafter of my brother Henry Davy the sume of five pounds of good and lafull of great brittan to be payed unto hur by my saide executor within fiftine monthes nexte after my desese Item I give and bequeate unto my kinswoman Luce Eagelles now wife of John Eagelles of ye parish of Woking in the County of Surrey barge leaborer the sume of five pounds of good and lafull of great brittan to be payed unto hur within sixe month next after my desese and L I Lastly I meake constitute and apynt my aforesaid kinsman John Massey of the parish of Senn sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament to home after my just depts and these lagses payd and and funerall charges and expences discharged I give and bequeath all the rest residue and
